Services We Offer

We provide professional services including Social Media Management, Web Development, SEO, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Paid Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google), and Brand Development.

Payments & Discounts

• All projects require a 40% advance payment before initiation, 70% before delivery, and the remaining 30% after final approval.
• Orders above $349 qualify for a $100 discount.
• Crypto payments receive an automatic 20% discount (no minimum required).
• Bank transfers get 5% off for orders above $200.
• Payoneer-to-Payoneer transfers are accepted.
• Ad Spend Policy: For paid social media marketing, clients must define their ad spend separately. Tayaluga’s pricing excludes ad budgets, which are directly paid to the advertising platform.

Project Timelines & Revisions

Delivery timelines depend on the service scope. Minor revisions are included before final handover. Significant changes after delivery may incur additional costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the project has not entered the production or content development phase. Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed and time invested.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client. Tayaluga retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

Confidentiality

All data, credentials, and strategies shared with us are kept strictly confidential and used solely for project purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, branding assets, and timely feedback. Delays in response or payment may affect delivery schedules.

Limitation of Liability

Tayaluga is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party issues such as platform restrictions, downtime, or marketing results outside our control.
