Overview
At Tayaluga Digital Solutions we build digital products and offer services with transparency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled, and how we proactively manage expectations — including referring you to alternative providers where appropriate.
Scope & Definitions
Scope: This policy covers all paid services offered by Tayaluga (web development, SEO, social media management, design, ads management, content services, packages, retainers, and bespoke projects).
Definitions:
- Client: The person or entity receiving services from Tayaluga.
- Project Start Date: The date when Tayaluga begins billable work (design, development, research, or other agreed deliverables).
- Upfront Payment / Deposit: Any payment collected before work begins to secure resources, time, or procurement.
Upfront Assessments & Referral Promise
Before accepting any project or requesting an upfront payment, we will provide a clear assessment of feasibility, scope, and expected outcomes. If a requested task is outside our scope or expertise, we will:
- Notify you clearly before any payment or work begins.
- Explain why the task is outside our scope.
- Refer you to a trusted provider or resource that can complete the work, whenever possible.
- Recommend alternative solutions that achieve the same business objective while remaining within our capabilities.
This is core to our values: we exist to help businesses grow — not to sell services we cannot deliver.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may request cancellation at any time. The financial effect of a cancellation depends on project status:
- Cancellation before work starts: Full refund of any upfront payment, less any non-recoverable third-party fees (if applicable) — we will disclose such fees before taking payment.
- Cancellation after work has begun: Refunds (if any) will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed, documented deliverables, and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Tayaluga (for example, purchased plugins, licences, or third-party services). We will provide a clear invoice that itemizes work completed versus outstanding deliverables.
- Retainers & Ongoing Services: For monthly retainers, cancellations require 7 calendar days’ notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining pre-paid, unused months will be prorated and refunded subject to third-party costs and work completed.
Refund Eligibility & Timeline
Refunds may be issued when all of the following conditions are met:
- Deliverables were not provided as outlined in the signed agreement.
- We materially failed to perform the agreed services after good-faith attempts to remediate.
- We confirmed a service was outside our scope and could not reasonably perform it even after assessment.
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery (digital or physical). Requests after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Note: Our goal is to guide businesses honestly — if a task cannot be completed, we will notify you before work begins and provide recommendations for alternative providers.

How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or payment gateway) unless otherwise agreed.
- We will notify you when a refund is processed and provide any relevant transaction references.
- Refund amounts may be reduced by non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, licence fees, ad spend that was already delivered), which will be itemized in the final settlement.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
Certain costs are non-refundable or may incur additional conditions:
- Third-party purchases already made on your behalf (domain registrations, premium plugins, stock assets, hosting plans) unless the provider itself issues a refund.
- Paid advertising spend (ad networks) — ad spend is managed directly through ad platforms and is not refundable by Tayaluga once spent.
- Work specifically identified as non-refundable in a signed agreement (e.g., custom research purchased separately).
- Free consultations or advisory calls do not carry refund rights unless a paid deliverable was agreed and not delivered.
Modifications, Revisions & Change Requests
Small revisions included in the scope of work are complimentary as defined in the project agreement. Major scope changes or additional features requested after project commencement will be treated as a change request and priced separately. We will estimate time and cost for change requests before proceeding.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, we ask that you contact us first. We will work with you to resolve issues directly. Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in us providing evidence to the payment processor and seeking recovery of costs incurred.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, acts of government, third-party service outages). In such events we will communicate promptly and propose reasonable next steps.
Data & Deliverables Retention
Following cancellation, we retain project files and client data for a limited time to allow retrieval and proper handover. Unless otherwise agreed, we will retain data for 90 days after cancellation, after which backups may be securely deleted. If you require extended retention, please request it in writing and we will provide a quote if applicable.
Legal & Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal claim must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action accrued, to the extent permitted by law.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Email us at tayaluga2723@gmail.com with your project reference, the reason for the request, and supporting materials (screenshots, brief description).
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and commence investigation.
- We will propose a remediation, handover, partial refund, or full refund (if applicable) depending on findings.
